What might we make together, working with textiles and visual arts, and combining other community arts forms like puppetry and theatre? Join us to take part and find out! A Sound Bath event is a relaxing, rejuvenating and immersive experience where participants are bathed in the soothing sounds of various instruments to promote relaxation. The pure vibrations of crystal bowls are believed to promote energy flow and balance within the body, fostering a sense of well-being. Exposure to specific frequencies and vibrations can positively impact physical, emotional, and mental health. Potential benefits include stress reduction, improved sleep, enhanced focus, and a sense of inner peace. This is a deeply relaxing, live music event. A meditative journey. An immersion into sound and vibrational healing. During this experience, participants lie down in a comfortable position on a yoga mat. The yoga mat, bolster and blanket are provided for your comfort. You may bring a pillow for added comfort if you would like. We use the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, the native flute and more to invite healing, self-discovery, and rejuvenating effects.
